Hi Guys,

I plan to cut the stainless trim on my car on the front arches so that I can roll the wing/fender lip. Just wondering who has done this before and how they have gone about it - how much they have removed etc? Any pics would be great.

Thanks,

Rohan

We had to do this on a customers restoration. It is very trickey as you can't really remove much if any of the CSL flare as they fasten to the body so close to the edge.

We used a fender roller and first rolled the fender then rolled the flare to fit as best possible. The latter needed to be done in sections removing and replacing the fastneers as we moved along.

Be careful, as any modification to the inside of the CSL SS flare will effect it's fitment against the outside of the body.
