Couple weeks ago had genuine E10 2002 Turbo 38 steering wheel in hands - and can definitely confirm that the holes mounts dimensions are greater than in E9 Petri Motorsport version (about 10-11mm greater). @nosmonkey was right, so i apologize for the earlier confusion with the hub matching.

This is all great information whether it pans out or not. You can always use a momo hub with a man adaptor ring. You will need to drill and tap the ring though.

Got the missing horn components from Keshav for the Petri, just the horn cover to find and modify the hub.
