It's a 2800 CS, not a 3.0, but looks pretty nice. Seller was very upfront about the flaws, which is refreshing. I suspect the salvage title was the primary price reducer.
The seller is a member. He sold the car at a reduced rate during the summer slump due to family matters. Never knew it had a salvage title. That matters...
It was worth more than the selling price. Unless the mentioned eBay comps have been inspected for structural integrity saying they are $15K examples is irrelevant.
Resident expert is with me until Thursday, not letting him go to Dallas, I am the resident "hack", if you really need someone to look at it I will be happy to speak with you, 2-3 hours away but closer than everyone above

Haha, I understand and would still love to speak to someone on the value of my car. Of course I want the most I can for my car but at the same time I do not want to be the jerk that thinks his crap don't stink. Just fare market price is all I'm looking for. Hi Brad, I'm going to take some far away guesses here, first, unless you know of extensive accident damage, the hail damage alone is often a cause for salvage titles here in Texas; the dealer you got the car from may have picked it up at a low price because of that. The salvage title does take away value but it can also be "corrected" legally and ethically in Texas. To me, from the photos, all things scream 15K (ish) but, the rockers and rust inspection could greatly change that price downward as could a super clean underside raise it a little- though from the fender bubbles it seems the former would be the case. If there were any way to get the beast to Austin I would be happy to inspect the heck out of it at no charge or I could spend a couple hours with you on the phone and "face time" to do a remote inspection. I'm a little busy to take the day to come up and view her - sorry.

Peter, Thank you so much for your post. This car does have hail damage as seen in the pictures and tree sap from an Elm tree it sat under the first year I parked it to drive my Z-71 Suburban. The remaining years were in an aircraft hangar behind my '47 Dodge Flat Fender Power Wagon. Sorry, got side tracked, but the title is a Texas Blue non-salvaged title (see picture) that is in my name and is in my hands. I know what you are saying about the rust and I will do my best to try to get it up in the air on jack stands or something this weekend so you all can see the undercarriage. I don't know what my Jeep would think about pulling a trailer and car the 3.5 hours to Austin so I would like to take you up on your most gracious offer of "Face Time", at your leisure and discretion of course.
