It seems no one wants this for a paltry $45.00 so how about this? Free for shipping and a donation in any amout to Dr.s Without Boarders, World Central Kitchen or....

If no one wants this orphan it will, sadly, go in the trash.

I don't need it, but admire your generous offer. I would suggest that you salvage the wing screw (secured by a circlip) and perhaps the molded tool insert (is that removable?) before discarding the shell. I can almost guarantee that if you pitch the whole thing, someone will be looking for those parts next week.

I'd be interested in the plastic of the shell itself. I dissolve the plastic and use it to repair the broken off bits.

If none of the above members are interested in the / both shell parts, I'll gladly pay for shipping of a few square inches of shards. Or even just saw of the rear intact (!) corners so i can refit them to other boxes. And your hinges look to be in fine condition - i have a very nice box with rusted hinges. Interested in them too if still available.

From this thread I learned that there is a circlip for the toolbox that is not apparent on the parts diagram.

My box has been repaired several times and that circlip is missing. Car is offsite, but if someone could take a picture of the circlip on the thumbscrew or provide any specs that would be helpful.
