Still a little kid..

when I'm around the E9. Currently 38.

I purchased my '73 3.0CS in 2009 after I found out that I was becoming a father. Had to sink my savings before my wife put it to other (sensible) stuff like strollers and nappies....

Currently, in proces of restoration. Hoping to drive my 3 kids in a year or 2.

About 1,83 cm; ~6 foot

Erik.

I'm 42, bought my current atlantik 2 8 cs through member PJ who was selling it for a friend in 2005 in Aptos, CA. My first one dates back to 1990 a euro 3.0csi that one was a 10 footer now that I think of it. There were a few guys who had 2002's back then in high school I became friends with them of course. Later I had a beautiful '74 siennabraun 4 speed manual sunroof when I was a student at ucsc. Unfortunately there were lapses in e9/e3 ownership:sad: Despite living in the monterey area I've only been to one car event and that was in 1991...

Demographics.

Just seeing this post but as my signature says I bought my Coupe in 1991. At that time I was 23 years old. I just celebrated my 48th B-day. I have now had the same car for 25 years. Didn't think about it until I had responded to this e-mail. I have got to do something for my first baby, as I now know that it is our 25th anniversary!

Resurrecting this thread - I'm not sure if it ever made it into a visual or a live file, but adding my two cents for the db.

I acquired the first coupe (Agave) in 1995. It was in my second year of college at UC Berkeley so I was 19 years old.
It was my daily driver to work in the city, and I enjoyed many a road trip with the black labrador at my side.
I still have the car today, and it's the goal is to complete the full restoration this year so that we can take a family drive in it! No regrets at all.
