This is going to be a naive question, but how do it know whether I need this? In the process of redoing everything in the engine bay I had the brake booster and MPS rebuilt - both were not in perfect condition, as it turns out - but the car was “driving fine”. So wondering how this makes itself clear
Your car should idle high when cold and gradually idle down as it warms up.
If it doesn't- your AAV is stuck.
If it doesn't- your AAV is stuck.
