Do UK RHD cars have H1 headlamps for both dipped and main beam?

Asking as about to pull the trigger on high quality LED upgrades and I don't currently have access to my car to check first!

I put HID bulbs in my E24's factory lights, result was terrible. Things may have advanced tech wise since then, but I very quickly went back to traditional halogens, and wouldn't look to repeat the experience

Main issue was no peripheral light, beam pattern was almost all ahead of the car, to the extent that the side of the road was dangerously invisible

Yeah apparently that’s the issue with the vast majority of the ones on the market.

I will post my experiences once ready next year.
