Does anyone have 4300023?

This was a granatrot 1974 3.0CS that my dad imported from Holland in 1985. The car was is the Boston area and then sold to the SF Bay Area via Ebay some years ago. I found the Dutch license plates the car had as well as some paperwork regarding restoration of the car in Holland, NHTSA/DoT compliance, bill of sale, and transport of the car to the US. I'd like to pass it on to the current owner.

I saw that. From the date of the ebay sale, I was able to find this thread about the car:

2012 wasn't so long ago, so maybe the car still exists.
