The first and easiest option is to remove the spacer from the top of the front strut.
The best option is to get a set of springs specifically made to lower the car.
The cheapest option is to remove some active coils from your existing springs. For my Bav I inherited some aftermarket springs with the car, and cut the rear springs to match the height of the front after I dumped the spacer.
Use springs supplied by them for front and rear. Bilstein HD struts/shocks front and rear.
If you go the spring route only as Mike suggested, you can use B&G progressive (which are really nice) or ST (which are not progressive but decent lowering springs). The Ireland approach is the most controlled method and will get you exactly what you want.
If you are going to lower the front suspension then you 'should' put spacers between the strut and lower control arm to compensate for taking the bump steer out of the suspension design.
Autobahn makes a great set of springs for an E3 that just slightly lower it.
The 'Alpina Style' spoiler from Coupe King is a bolt on; I have an original Alpina spoiler on my E3 Alpina.
btw, just don't hit a wabbit at 120 mph like I did once! It really turns the front of the car into an Alexander Calder design!
