Does anyone make replace door cards as mine are old, warping and sepereating. Vinyl and trim are in great condition but mounting boards are not.

I know BMW are now reproducing door cards so they may sell the backing board seperately. Failing that they appear on eBay fairly regularly

Made my own, used 1/8" thick mahogany plywood. Use the old one for a pattern, there's not much to it.
I had a shop in Raleigh make a front pair out of 1/8" PVC on a CNC machine
