Door Trim Question

The door cards on my newly acquired coupe are not in bad shape (at first blush), but both are missing the chrome-like trim from the armrest to the outer door edge and above the map pocket.

Is there a fix for this, or am I looking for very obscure used parts?

dark, obscure and ridiculously priced used parts,...
in fact it is anodized aluminium

I am also missing them, but I kind of like the look without them anyway.
