Hi folks -

I have been battling my ISP for a while as emails sent from their servers are often tagged as 'spam' - and I get crossed up in that when emails I send bounce...
They have also been generally a pain to deal with for a LONG time... Today was the final straw as my email was 'suspended' for spam. Evidently, I needed to (again) reset my password for the account - but I only found out when I couldn't connect. I couldn't reset the account online either - had to wait 45 minutes on the phone to do so.
I kind of need to stay with my ISP for connectivity (from that standpoint) as they are the only game in town (for now). But - I can do a different email... and that is what I would like to see about....

So.... after that mess - I am looking at either switching to using a free or low cost online email service - or creating my own domain and getting email through that...
But not sure which one is better for me....
Right now - I am using MS Outlook (via Office) on my PC (with a phone app for additional access). That is working ok...

Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook/Hotmail are all 'ok' - but their storage is limited and I have hundreds of folders with thousands of messages in Outlook that I would like to have access to (as far as that goes).

Anyone have any thoughts on the best options for this? I am fairly tech savvy but don't want to have a full time job managing a this kind of stuff (again - LOL - I did that for work at the beginning of the web and... enough on that)...

Any thoughts from folks here that have any experience with this would be appreciated.

Thanks
