Yea, as Craigslist ads go, this one seems fairly rational.

He posted just one photo of a complete car (an e28 ) and it seems awfully nice to part out. Maybe the right side is trashed.

What you said makes sense,however you can't judge a book by it's cover.You never know with craigslist people. Not like buying or selling to forum members.

my guess is that this is a guy named Elliott in Huntsville. if it is, i know he has some E3s. a while back he bought a bunch of parts from a dealer that went out of business and sold them on ebay ... i bought a few from him - nice guy.

I just heard from him and this is not a ngood time for him due to illness. He will contact me with more info and photos when he is up to it and I will forward the info as I receive it.

I text him regarding the BBS wheels and he was quick to respond. I was hoping they were 14x7 but they are 14x6.5 so I passed.
