This actually looks like a 'nice' project....I believe it is located in NL (Europe)

I do have the professional photographer's website/Facebook & suppose one could track it down if they had the time....

That's the 3.3Li that has been on Instagram for a while I believe. Who knows what ever happened to that car, sad.
