Original Getrag 4 speed manual gearbox from my 1973 BMW 3.0 CSi. It is the same basic unit as that fitted to the legendary 3.0 CSL Batmobile.
I has been removed from my car and replaced due to making a noises indicating that it needs some bearings replaced or similar - some kind of rebuild for sure.
All gears changed fine when removed from the car last week though.
Would be perfect for someone who wants to get their gearbox rennovated without losing the ability to use their car.
