E9 Alternator AL45X (rebuild or for parts)

Up for sale is a Bosch alternator from my E9 that has intermittent charging.

The case mounting hole sizes are M8 and M10; I believe it is an AL45X. I do not know what the problem with it is.

Does this have value as a re-buildable part? Let me know by making an offer.
