Not sure why but this is quickly becoming one of my favorite threads. 
The Skoda ad is funny...nothing (well, almost nothing) could have made me own an AMC Pacer now or back when they were new.

After checking out the obvious, note there is no exhaust pipe. This must be an electric conversion. The rear bumper is the 1973 2.5 MPH USA style.

The investigation is done. The car Gigi Hadid is sitting on has an exhaust, and like everything in fashion and models, it is photoshopped. The car has a Petri steering wheel and a variant of Alpina rims I think, tan interior. Chances are the clock does not work.
At least they did not have to pull the ad, like her sister Bella with the Adidas faux pas...

Which ad has Gigi? I don't recognize her even though she and her mother Bella? live a couple of miles from me on their "Farm" We see them in the supermarket all the time, Right!!
