E9 Front Bumper, used with good chrome no rust on the inside.

Rear bumper, I think someone treated the inside a long time ago. Still holds up fine, center brackets had both a snapped bolt. I extracted one with the nut weld approach. The other one I carefully drilled out and retapped the threads. Chrome is in good shape, I have the long trim with it probably also the licence plate lights and the small middle chrome cover.

Good condition, very minor pitting, no cracks in the reflectors. One side needs a new ground wire I think.

Yeah in January on a rear bumper I got gazumped (as I told you Sandu). However have put in an offer again for this latest rear bumper in post above with same seller. Hopefully it can work out this time.

You where not gazumped that would have meant that someone else put in a higher bid. We however never agreed on a price and after weeks of e-mailing back and forward (me wanting to help you in every way shape or form), you put in low ball offer of little over half the asking price. And you never committed to the asking price for that matter. Someone else did and was very quick in the trade. A better way to put it is that you had trouble with me not telling there was another buyer which I apologized multiple times for, apparently that wasnt enough which I am now being kicked in the teeth for.

Just to add a bit more transparency to this matter:

Sure we spent a week or 2 to align on shipping. From Netherlands to Sydney, obviously a cumbersome item needs some discussion on best shipping approach and costs. Then I made an offer as wanted to complete the sale (was more than happy to raise my starting offer of USD$650 + €60 shipping which for a rear bumper with no under-riders and dismantled I thought was an okay starting price based on my research). I need not even have made an offer as the immediate email response I got was based on you already having sold it to someone else: "Sorry to inform you Bud the bumper is on its way to Virginia. Sold for 1100 usd including shipping and paypal".....But I was okay about it, and admitted maybe I should have moved faster.

So today I offered you USD$750 + shipping for the latest rear bumper just posted above for $899 (says "make an offer"). Now you tell me via email you wont sell it to me because you are not happy.

So probably a case of some buyers and sellers are not meant to be a match.

I will continue my hunt for a rear bumper. And tonight I have already been approached via PM by a fellow E9 owner who might have one - fellow E9 enthusiasts tend to be more like minded with regards to how they approach needs/sales to other owners.
