I was looking for a very long time for a fiberglass bonnet for our cars that still had the original hinge mounting point, but with no luck. So i decided to start making my own. Reached out to a company that deals with GRP and Carbon fiber, offered my bonnet to make a mould, and done a few bonnets.
So, here for sale GRP bonnets with all original mounting point. The main advantage is the weight difference, coming in at 9kg compared to almost 23kg of the original steel one. Will also make some Carbon fiber ones, that should drop that weight even more.
UK collection for the bonnets, but can possibly help arrange transport in other European countries aswell.
Price is £850 per bonnet.
