Do you know the spring rates on the front and back?

Spring rate front is 250 lb/in, rear is 225 lb/in. The springs are linear (not progressive).

I have a set of ST lowering springs that I believe came from your shop around 2000. Would they be the same rates?

Just curious.

Yes. The rates, dimensions, wire diameter and all else have never changed on these springs. They're the same as they were back in 1998.
