E9 Spare tire-well replacement

Looking to replace the spare tire-well in my 1973 E9.
Also looking for a replacement A/C blower switch, located in central console.

Are you looking for the parts, a person to do it, or just tips and trick to DIY it ?

For me finding the money is always the difficult bit.....
