BTW, notice the cold air intake in the driver's bright light. I have no idea WTF this is. Have you ever seen this?
Could it be that Turbo car that was for sale for a while in So Cal? I remember it had a faired in air-dam like this one. If memory serves me, that car had a really extensive roll bar/cage
Per my friend, this had racing seats. I don't see a roll cage in the images
