90% of the door cards on offer seem to be black and I thought this unusual colour would be of interest to one of the members.

Yes, passenger side 73 and earlier. It appears to have quite a few imperfections too.
Scott, a bit of vinyl paint will cure the problem. you just have to find out which one. companies like world upholstery used to sell ones that match their products ... not sure about GAHH. there of course is Duplicolor or SEM color coat.
the process is quite easy i have cleaned door panels with SEM soap, then cleaned them with vinyl prep and painted with color coat. the finish is very good. i painted blue panels black.
