E9s in Japan Thread

:)
Did it in 2008 and completely agree!
You think you finally made it when you are on top but you do not think about getting down again; that's the real pain :)
Therefore: ...but a fool climbs it twice :)

Update from Japan…

Went on a wonderful drive with other Japanese and non-Japanese owners/drivers today from Tokyo along the seaside to Hakone Turnpike (famous private road where journalists often shakedown new cars) in front of Mt. Fuji. Mine was th only E9, but was in good company with a slew of Porsches (356A, Rennsport backdated 930, 964, 993), Jag E-Type Series 3, ‘68 Austin Healy 3000, and Alfa Giulietta. Spirited driving before stopping for lunch at the Odakyu Hotel de Yama overlooking Lake Ashi. Should have official video later from the wonderful classic dealer Auto Direct in Tokyo whom organized it… Must say the 3.5L and upgraded suspension in my Coupe King build really did wonderfully…deeper appreciation!

Two things to meditate on.. a misty blue E9 with the white peak of Fuji in the background... and being there in the moment. Right here right now.

Thanks for the inspiration.
