Early clutch slave cylinder bracket - 21521102748. I needed one of these but NLA. So, deduced the dimensions, got drawing and had some laser cut. Had them done at 2.5mm thick which is marginally TOO thick. Just about to have some more done at 2mm. I'll get maybe 10-12 done, they will be plated along with other items i'm having done. If there is anyone in the UK needing one, let me know and for a couple of £ i'll pop one in the post.

JP, I would be interested in a couple, mine was a bit rough last time I had the slave out.

I'll get a larger batch made! May take a good couple of weeks including the plating but if you bear with me. Not looking to make anything out of this just cover costs.

Hi guys, question. Does the slave cylinder corrode badly - the (new) one i have is bare metal? Is the removal of this bracket difficult when the slave cylinder corrodes?

The issue is the cylinder reacts with the aluminum bell housing and fuses together over time. Before I swapped to the 5 speed and internal slave, I would coat the area of contact of the two metals with grease before assembling so as to minimize the effort removing it in the future.

Yes, it can be hard to remove from the cylinder.

Just picked these up from the platers this afternoon. Had 25 made in the end, so have about 20 'spare'. These are version '2', not as tight a fit as the first version which may have caused issues long term. Fit on these is great.

Propose just £1.50 each plus £0.70 1st class UK postage. Please PM me and i will send my paypal details, and let me have an address to send out to. Please don't ask for 4, 5 etc if you really don't need them - they won't go very far otherwise!

International postage examples, i think the following is about right (i would like to 'test' one of each at the Post Office first! - it's a weight thing, needs to be between 11-20 grammes otherwise goes up to the next price point)

Spain £1.35 International Standard, for 2-off cost increases to £1.60
Australia, USA £1.55 International Standard, for 2-off cost increases to £2.30

Note, no tracking on the postage. If it does not arrive please let me know and i'll send another. (the UK Royal Mail can be hit and miss sometimes, although in my experience First Class appears to have a better record than Second Class!)

For your information.

My bellhousing has been vapour blasted, new circlips. Gap on my installation is 0.4mm. (that's why the original 0.5mm thicker brackets would not allow the circlip to seat!)
