Opportunistic person I would guess. I do not see what service he would provide compared to W&N.
It is not forbidden to offer something above market price; he can only win, you can only loose. Seems to be the case here,
I have no experience with the seller, but I would have serious doubts to order there.
Why not support Walloth & N by buying directly at him? at least they invest part of their profit into new offerings for our cars.
Who knows they might just bring new fenders to the market..... If they do, it will be funded by our own money (somehow)

I always buy from WN or Stefan, but this just amazed me. First, I thought it was WN, but then I realized they wouldn't do this.

I would tread lightly, Google street view shows an office building with an Allstate office and a Design Group. If I didn't live two hours south, I would do a drive by. Florida is a haven for scammers.
