Euro 3.0 CSi with upgrades on BaT

No seller involvement and RNM, there is a direct correlation. Just helped a CSi owner in Dallas sell his Polaris for $135K in a private sale. I thought he would need to accept $120k, go figure!

Turkis is still available before we put it on BaT. We have 6 Turkis CSi in our Registry out of hundreds of CSi.

Just don’t call me Murray. IYKYK

Seems to be a great candidate to sell in "offers after the auction". Seller has to realize it will tough to get much more elsewhere.

I guess market is down a bit but the one that @HB Chris was representing recently also didn’t hit reserve first time around near $90. That was a nicer car mechanically but still. The seller didn’t seem quite as engaged here, that seems to hurt the auctions overall. I get why people bring their car to a dealer or BaT partner for the sale but you’d think they would then remain more involved in the actual sale process. I have seen a few auctions where the true owner logs on to answer questions posed by bidders. In the end the owner knows the most about the car, the guy selling it might only know based on what they have in front of them in terms of receipts etc
Yeah gotta love the dealer saying “we are working to figure out what this rheostat controls” and then never giving a response.

What surprises me is the RNM. High bid seems market correct compared to the 2023 sale.
Yes, definitely market corrected fair price. Average BaT sale for 2023/24 was about $70k, and average for 2025/26 is about 60k. That would put this sale around $82.5k, adjust for inflation and we’re around $87.5k.

Buying a car is easy and fun. Selling a car is lots of time consuming work. Understandably some sellers don't want to be involved in the selling part. They will gladly pay a fee to have someone else do the hard work.

There is a big difference, however, between a traditional dealer doing the selling for the owner and someone like Chris doing the selling.

And yet a nice 69 2002, in a not so desirable color, in need of "recommissioning" with zero seller involvement sold for $26K.

in the ancestry project, we have 9 turkis CSi, 1 3.0cs, 3 RHD CSi and 5 CSL and 1 Bat2 (19 total). so if there are more original turkis 3.0cs / csa (USA) ... speak up
