What year are the seatbelts out of?

not sure but they were on my 1973 E9 when i bought them and worked perfectly(retractable type) . I later bought an original type of non retractable (original type) and substituted them .

How were the seatbelts fixed - like the 1974 ones with the reel behind rear armrests or reel behind the front seat on the floor and 3rd point of attachment in the headliner?
