Is there a list of torque values in the Blue Books or on a web site somewhere? Does anyone have a list they can post/share. If not I guess I can't go too wrong using the 2002 values - I have a complete list from 2002faq.com.

The CD's available from BMW have torque values and engine specs.
 
If you are patient I can send you a file next week.
 
Blue Repair Manuals

In the Blue Repair Manuals they have torque specs for each section.
engine, transmission .....

If you could give me specifics I could scan the page you need.

Torque

Abman - My immediate need is the intake and throttle body assemblies.

Sfdon - patient also works if you have something more comprehensive.

Jel - In my experience the head snaps off before the thread strips. Then you have to carefully mould a new head out of JB Weld and then you don't need LocTight. Pretty slick fix, eh?

Autobooks is/was also available in the technical info section. Link appears down or no longer viable. (See upper heading of this page "Tech Info") : http://www.e9coupe.com/tech.htm

Other sites/bulletin boards dealing with M30 engines (as opposed to M10 engines) exist too. e.g., E24, E12 etc.

Specs

I myself use the E3 edition of the Haynes manual. No longer in print but available from some sellers...autobooks.com comes to mind...
