Feeler gauge 3.0cs

I am cleaning out the rest of my Coupe parts and came across this feel gauge marked 3.0 tool box. Can anyone tell me if this is an oem part? It has only 4 feelers on it and they are marked 20,40,60 & 70.

Simple answer Yes! At least for Euro models.
