Who ever has purchased it is in for some very big bills if they restore it, even DIY the parts cost alone will be astronomical. Even parting it out would not get back the purchase price back IMO.

With a mess like this, I'd be tempted pull the plugs out (if you can) pour a bunch of MMO in, put some new plugs in, feed in some fuel from a gas can, throw in new points and condenser, attach battery and fire away and see what happens. Of course I'd want to be behind a brick wall nearby.

Perhaps the best (only?) thing in it’s favour is that it the front inner wings look surprisingly unmolested so there may be some structural strength left in it? There a lot of work needed round the window, bonnet and boot openings though, in addition to the usual places ...... a labour of love for sure
