Finally an E9 in Australia

You're right Shane, these do come at rarely....I suspect at A$32k this will sell quickly if no rust "issues". In the last few months there were two ads ; a '74 csi @ A$65k and a '72(?) CS @ A$75k ( apparently very original unmolested car with only 38,000 documented miles ) ...both cars were listed for short time so can only assume they sold . Cheers, Simon

The 73 cs for sale is mine, it is as advertised, very solid as rust free as they can be, and an excellent runner .I have just finished, [ if you can ever be finished] my 74cs and i am very familiar with the rust issues of these special vehicles, reason for selling is the purchase of a CSL that needs a tad bit of attention.
KEEP EM RUNNING.

Burky, that is quite a collection. Do you have extra photo's on rust removal? What colour is the interior, blue or black?

There has been no rust removal on this car, its been on a hoist floors are great
no signs of bubbles anywhere, spare wheel well fine origional sound deadening at the strut towers. At some point in its life it was sealed up well on the underside, I had to he remove the front side mouldings and had a hard time removing the wheel well inner guard because it was sealed up so well.
The car has been repainted , and it looks quite old, there is no bubbleing on the
exterior, there are some cracks and chips , but thats it, thats not to say that if you stripped to bare metal you would not find something? , but nothing is evident at this point.
Interior is dark blue fabric, euro car, seat covers on the front, rear seat is ok, interior is ok, not great, door trim panels are very good, its been cheaply recarpeted,
Burky.
