Beautiful - thank you for sharing the images. Is that the regular formulation of Polaris, or an edited recipe? It could just be the lighting in the shop, but it looks ever so slightly "warmer" silver to me - IN A GOOD WAY. It really looks great! Congrats!

Thank you! Here’s a different angle. I didn’t take the pictures. I’ll take better pictures Monday when I see the car.

Mine is a '69 2800cs that was resprayed years ago before I owned it. I had some rust repair done when I bought it and the shop said the paint came out almost exact without making changes to the color. Polaris has always been an off-silver color, especially when you see it need to a newer BMW silver, so some people think it looks a little darker.
 
Finally got to drive the coupe after 3 years (15 years since it was disassemble and parked by PO)
