Then I had 2 cups of coffee. And ended up ripping out the complete dash.

When you putting glass in? What are you doing prior to dash and rear window area?

The project ended up out of sequence, so I’m trying to re align it as best as I can. I wanted to drive it after we went through the mechanicals as I never had. Once we established that. I wanted to redo the dash, top and bottom panels. Dial in the windows and star installing anything that’s not going to interfere with the interior. So nothing with the back window for a wile unless I need it to make it look road worthy to drive it to and from a shop without towing it.
What’s your thoughts?
