First Aid Kit? (NMNA)

Euro coupes had the option of a first-aid kit but I believe it was the blue pillow, not the metal can. These kits weren't available in the U.S. just like today BMW won't sell the triangle reflectors here that are in the toolkits everywhere else.
 
I have an almost as new triangle in the blue box with BMW logo on it I will sell for $100 shipped in the lower 48
