Been chasing her since 1987...
Yes. ‘72, manual with blue velours. A friend had it shipped over in 82-83 and it disappeared in 1989. Found it in conversation during a Christmas party 5 years ago and in November of 2018 I was able to locate the owner & negotiate the sale. So, after slumbering in a dark warehouse since 1996, she finally gets to the light of day today. I’m currently waiting on the flat bed to take her home to her siblings.Give us some details and pics! CSi?

This is great. I work in Jackson often and if you would like any assistance with parts or direction for restoration I'd love to stop by and meet you.
I would welcome the meeting.
Message me when your in town.

Home!
Yes, under the John Deere yellow, it’s Golf.
I had blue velour in my 74 euro CS. I don't think yours is blue. It looks more like dark grey or black. If I had your color seats they would still be in my coupe. I will just have to learn to live with black leather.View attachment 58759 View attachment 58758 View attachment 58757 Found the rest of the badge on the floorboard
