I purchased this exact set of the trunk panel lining from Alprada70 a couple months ago. I did not want to use any kind of adhesive or two side tape, just incase in the future I wanted to remove them and not to damage the paint. I just slid them in place inside the quarter panel and they stayed in place nice and firm.
For the passenger side I had to unscrew the rubber gas filler neck to insert the panel inside the quarter panel.
