Further to my last post in my wanted thread, the guy I bought one of these plus bellhousing from in Lithuania has another for sale, I said I’d publicise it for him here.

His name is Donatas, he was great to deal with over email - sent lots of photos and answered all my questions and is very responsive. He shipped the next day after I sent the payment too.

I am considering that gearbox but it is missing the speedo drive. I also bought a bellhousing from Donatas. he seems a very friendly person.

Apparently he has 4 of these (265/6) and 1 dogleg (265/5)….

Totally agree with you! @dj_efk , and thanks for recommending him!
I've been in contact with him since Thursday working out a deal, he's a great guy and everything went very smoothly.
I bought a newer Getrag 265/6 w/o speedo drive, but he had a spare gear that drives the speedo drive and he opened it up and installed it for me without me even asking, so I only have to switch over the speedo drive from my 262 I wouldn't hesitate to contact him if I was searching for a gearbox in EU, he seems to have alot of parts!

Thanks Kesha. I’ve ordered a Coupe King fitting kit (hence I told Donatas to keep the crossmember he offered me for when someone else needs it) - hence the mounts are included: A bit spendy but at least I know it will all bolt together and minimize use of man-hours by my restoration shop!
