So I tossed these since they were 45 years old and when I redid my Bavaria, they were readily available and a few bucks. Now $85 from getbmwparts etc. Is there an alternative or make-shift set up?
 
Saw those on Ebay, have an email out to those in Italy. Unclear why the rears are available and cheap

Simufly..appreciate the effort.
 
Hey Bert, Rob here. I'm gonna order these and if they work, I'll buy you a beer but you gotta come to Ma....we actually have some of the best micro breweries in the U.S.
 
Try some Modello. I am not a beer maven but that is some good stuff. From Mexico where some good beer comes from.If my answer helps you with obtaining the brake pins, you should come to AZ and deliver some of that Boston beer.
 
After ‘76 pins are longer.
3 calipers out there
Early no spacer for solid
Early with spacer and vented
Later with spacer and vented and 4mm bigger.
Pins are not interchangeable
 
Yes but have not made another W&N list and that set shipping fee is a killer. They ever get back to you about the belt trim hardware fit issue???
 
They said it is not a problem.
So now it’s settled!
