Front wishbone torque settings

Apologies if this has been answered before - would appreciate a second pair of eyes on the torque settings for the M16 and M14 nuts of the front wishbone as indicated below. I’m not 100% that I’m matching these correctly to the description on pg152 of Autobooks:

Can be torqued on the ground loaded with weight to achieve "normal position" with a bunch of extensions and some bracing to keep them in line. All a bit Heath Robinson but if you cant get it up on a 4 post lift it works. They're calling the wishbone 'control arm' in this list.
