Fs: 1772 cs

$5K seems like a lot since there is not much there. Note the automatic Bavaria in one of the photos. Fortunately, the optional Herr Hoffman tow ball is still there.

Might be worth the purchase to part out? Allegedly the engine runs but picture are pretty rough.

I'll go in 50/50 with you on this if we can get it cheap. Point out that all the good stuff is already gone from this car and only a few electrics, the seat cores and the trans are worth anything. Body looks most likely to be a throw away.
Low ball him at $2500 and see if he is rational or not.

2 months is plenty of time to part it out in your new garage. Great excuse to buy a 60gal air compressor from HD so we can use my air tools for disassembly. I'll bring the engine hoist and stand plus roll around Dolly's so we can salvage the subframes (if they're good),

Heck, the weather has been so nice we could do it in your back yard beside the barn! :wink:
