That is a really good wheel for "everyday" use on the coupe. You're not going to win any concours with it but good size, feels good in the hands... and this price is certainly right.
E21 320is wheel from memory.
Horn centre was still available from bmw last I looked and was reasonable in price (under $50)

I don’t think it’s the sport wheel from the 320is. It looks very similar to the 2002turbo wheel.
That is correct. There was a very slightly different version of the 2002 turbo wheel which was available at that time. I forgot what the differences are, but I’m sure the wheel experts will chime in

Later E21 version: '838' stamp.
Turbo version: '38' stamp.
E21: hub mounted by 7 rivets ( not dismountable ).
Turbo: hub mounted by 6 Allen head M6 bolts ( can be dismantled ).
This is an early E21 version ( rivets are drilled out ).
