8 blade fan with clutch. Painted with OK quality. It has a small crack as seen in the pictures. DOES NOT HAVE CENTER NUT

Bought this long time ago just like this but found out I needed center nut too so I had to buy another set with the center nut and bolts.

I am selling this $85 including shipping inside US
Payment method: paypal friend option.

I just installed one of those clutches in my 2800 yesterday
Is this what was on your car?

I was just looking at that front nut and thinking..I should list this. Someone probably needs it!.

To me it is the eight blades, square tips and all the holes in the hub area but who knows.
I have much less time here but hadn't seen this weird 8-blade one either. Funny how it is so different from the 5-blade - this one is very German, perfect, every angle the same vs the lopsided 5-blade. A little digging shows this has been presented before, with the supposition that the 8-blade may be the "tropical E9" fan? Not sure exactly what that means...

Has also been sold and bought a few times over the years. Live and learn...

The 2002 had a tropical fan but I’ve never seen one on an e9. Funny that real OEM shows an 8 blade buts lists a 9 blade and these were for 74 and later cars.

I have 3 fan blades for my 1972 & 74 Coupes plus a spare and they are ball 9 blade. Two are black and the 3rd one is painted the correct semigloss color of red. Different blade profile than this one.
