Hah! You're not going to sell it when the wheel is all hidden like that.
The leather is damaged as the upper spoke wraps are missing. With that said, this isn't some rando unaffiliated ebay link. No need to crap on a member's FS post. I have some thoughts on the value and the market will dictate what it's worth. There is another for sale for ~$650 right now overseas but the face is all gouged up. You can re-cover a wheel for $150-$200 but it will not match Momo's difficult and unique stitching.
Unless you want to spend $1400+ on one of these wheels you need to chose which issues you want to deal with.
Not crapping on anyone's post. Just advice.

Foam is usable all the way around but missing a few chunks. Original leather was roached and unraveled, hence the budget rewrap experiment.
Since the rewrap took some time to do, works great and looks good (seen on Petrolicious' 2015 LOTA coverage), its new steward can decide its fate.
I have seen some comps (scratched and gouged spokes /holes) out there and feel this example is fairly priced.
