All carburetor and intake manifold parts removed from a 1974 US-spec. CS:

• Matching pair of Zenths rebuilt by Jeff Palya of Paltech back in 2018 and never re-installed (paperwork available)
• Matching original air cleaner professionally color-matched and refinished w/ two sets of K&N filters, original and new, later-style BMW rubber seals,
used and new set of factory clips, and BMW air hose
• Original, refinished linkage components
• New BMW and Bell Metric hardware (used original hardware included)
• New BMW gaskets

The carb rebuild was ±$800 all-in with two-way shipping, the air cleaner ±$600 from the local vintage 911 restorer; I believe some of the linkage components are NLA. My e9 was a sub-40K original example, so no expense was spared. Reluctant to include a price just yet because I'd rather help out someone in the process of a restoration, or just looking to spruce things up. DM if interested and we can discuss. Thanks for looking!

Very nice...was the air cleaner powder coated, if so what color code did you go with? When I had my air cleaner powder coated for the Bavaria, the place I went to had me pick from a small selection of colors available so it was close, but a lot lighter shade of grey. The air cleaner on my '74 coupe looks more like this and is in need of repair and powder coating.

I went over and over the paint with the paint shop and in the end we decided to go with base coat + clear. The color was matched to the original paint finish on the cleaner before it was stripped to make sure it would end up spot on. I believe we used Glasurit...
