I suggest that this is not a washer bottle holder, but a holder for the A/C drier .
iwhoops your right it for that and the steering fluid
Not for the power steering resevoir. The power steering bracket has a steel loop/strap to hold the canister.
It's for 74 A/C dryer, this style changed for that year. Not too hard to figure out.
