you might be able to find a solid hub for $115 ... but it will take quite a while and a lot of luck. i would say $175 +/- 25.My two cents. Steering wheels are one of those items where the older they are, the more valuable they tend to be. One can buy a new 390mm Nardi for $350. The period solid hub will cost $115 to $150. The horn button, period or new will cost $130 to $150. You can replicate the wheel for around $600, but it will be new (for better or IMO worse).

@Bob Diel , where do we stand on this? Will you take $450 plus shipping costs?
start looking on ebay but you will have to be very patient. they do not come up very often. when they do, they most often come up with the wheel at more than Stan is asking. sometimes you have to bite the bullet, buy it all and sell just the wheel and a horn button.I have the same wheel that came from an 80 MB SL. I just need to find the correct hub to swap out. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.
Still available?? If so I’ll take itItalian
