How much do you want for it? Oh, I'm sorry... I meant to say, "How much do you want for it?". 8-)

When people peddle goods in the classifeds and are not willing to set an asking price, you open yourself up to comments and criticism. But, in the end, that's up to you.

lol Hey Dan :)
i sold a set for over 300,-
and sold a single emblem for $125,-
i would like to get close to that figure. but i would consider offers, too.
thought like always i would give you guys first dips
and then offer the item on ebay

I for one totally disregard items that are offered for sale on any forum that don't have a price.
Nor do I like to purchase frome people when I have to guess their names.
I much rather go to ebay where the rules are layed out very clear. But that's just me.

ok... that's fine. i much rather put the item on ebay anyway

Suggestion for any parts sellers...

Most of us here probably will not partake in silent auctions which is what "make me an offer" usually means. Please set a selling price and the first individual that meets that price gets the item...simple and fair. Although, this does not preclude further price negotiations between the seller and buyer.

These are the classified selling rules suggested by the site administrators:

Rules for classified ads

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ads must be BMW related. An ad for a vehicle other than a CS is fine, but keep it in the family!

Its good practice (and saves everyone a lot of time) to list the following in your ad:

1) Location
2) Price
3) Detailed description (the more info you post the fewer questions you'll get, over and over...)
4) Photos if you have them. (this format isn't very user friendly for photos, but they really help sell your item)

Solicitors/Businesses: It is acceptable to reply to posts here on the forum if you have something to offer a member, as long as it does not become a nuisance. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO CONTACT MEMBERS OFFLINE WITH SOLICITATIONS! Abuse will result in membership being terminated.

The above rules are simple and effective in selling your parts quickly.
