I have the two blue books for process, and about a year ago found a single blue book (similar loose leaf with binder rings) that was for parts as well.

Not wanting to deprecate @D-jetronic's sale of the parts manuals, but, I scanned and OCR'd a very clean copy of the original manual and it is posted on this forum as:

As a live-long bibliophile, I love having a hard copy on the shelve as well as a digital version on the screen.
