Hello guys
Up for sell 2 sets of sun visor pivot mounts made of PLA (Polyactic Acid) Biodegrable Filament - Sculpteo which is very strong and durable in other words is a 3D Printed piece

I have 2 sets left but I can have made as many as I want so let me know who needs a set

I have a set in my car and I can tell you there is no difference between the original and this repro.

They are made in black and each set is $ 100usd shipped to your door within US, other countries please contact me

Nice!

I was told by 3D printing shop that PLA is not for "Automotive usage".

Also a friend of mine print similar part (not for E9) and it melted on the heavy sun.

Typical choice is ABS and others as they are having higher melting temperature

Hope this help as the idea of printing 3D parts is something I'm really supporting and there was proposal back in time to organize a library of some plastic parts available for members (donators?) or the forum.

I totally understood but let me tell you that I have mine since a year and the heat here where I live is beyond normal and nothing had happened to the pivot mounts however is a good point to replace it with a different material
